Services listed below are included in each week of coaching:

  • One 50-minute session per week (in person at Playa del Rey office, or through ZOOM)

  • An AI-created written summary is emailed to you after each Zoom session for reference and next steps

  • Worksheets with exercises designed to support you through your process

  • Weekly journal prompts for personal reflection and to document your progress 

  • Unlimited brief communications by text and email between our sessions 

How It Works:

All new potential coaching participants are offered a complimentary 30-minute Zoom Discovery Call to assess for fit. The Discovery Call is scheduled after a brief Google survey form is submitted (Click here to fill out the Google form).

The minimum requirement is to complete ONE SEASON of coaching together. This breaks down to 12 sessions over 3 to 4 months (one session per week with flexibility due to illness, vacations, etc.).

Every client starts from a different place and has a unique treatment trajectory. Coaching is a developmental process where each week builds on the last. The more work clients put into the process between sessions, the faster they can achieve measurable results.

Completing at least one season together illuminates a client’s understanding of how much they can grow in a season by having a container with a clear beginning and end. This supports a better understanding of the passing of time—something all people with ADHD struggle with.

At the 12th session, we will evaluate all options for moving forward, including continuing every week, switching to every other week, coaching "as needed," or concluding the coaching relationship.
